Job Summary
The Harbert College of Business is seeking applications for a Coordinator of Graduate Student Services, reporting to the Executive Director of Full Time and Online Graduate Business Programs.
Essential Functions
The Coordinator of Graduate Student Services will facilitate projects, programs, and activities for prospective and current graduate business students. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: serving as a liaison with the Auburn University Graduate School as it relates to academic advising and matriculation of graduate business students; coordinating with the Graduate Online Programs office to service the needs of Online MBAs; assisting with the student ambassador organization as needed; assisting with the global business engagement course development and delivery for graduate business programs; assisting with the planning and execution of new graduate business orientation as well as TRAC residency. Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to student services in higher education is also essential. The Student Services Coordinator may also assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Graduate Business Programs.

Two (2) years of professional work experience and a Master’s degree in disciplines listed above; experience at a university or college working with students and/or student organizations; working knowledge of basic university information systems; familiarity with Canvas, Banner, Apply Yourself, AdAstra, Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of business academic programs; excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; and ability to perform complex assignments.
