Supports the development, creation, and implementation of multi-channel strategies and communications for Continuing Education and Special Programs; coordinates and supports online and distance education program planning and operations; provides support for communication analysis and continuous improvement; and supports content development, creation, and implementation on Division’s website. 

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field; at least two years of professional higher education experience or equivalent; experience in assisting in the development of strong marketing campaigns for targeted audiences and writing with brand voice and tone; experience executing and analyzing multi-channel communications; strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced office; exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational skills; and the ability to effectively work in a team environment required. Experience supporting distance education programs or professional experience working with distance and/or non-traditional students with a strong understanding of their unique needs and working knowledge of a CRM software preferred.
