Director, Graduate Recruitment and Marketing

Graduate Studies

The Director, Graduate Recruitment & Marketing leads all recruitment and marketing efforts for the Office of Graduate Studies. This individual reports to the Dean for Graduate Studies and is part of the leadership team with supervisory responsibilities.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of strategies to recruit and retain graduate students, and for increasing awareness of UNO graduate programs at local, regional, and national levels. The Director, Graduate Recruitment & Marketing constantly seeks and obtains opportunities to expand UNO’s position in the graduate education market and achieve enrollment goals.
The Director, Graduate Recruitment & Marketing builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners. This role regularly collaborates with faculty and staff from each academic college, University Communications, Undergraduate Admissions, Information Technology Services, Digital Learning, and Academic and Career Development Services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience.


Salary Information:  Commensurate with Qualifications
