Summary

Location: Pavilion for Women

Responsibilities will be assigned by the Chair and Division Director, and may be altered in response to changing Departmental and Division needs. Academic rank commensurate with experience.

The responsibilities will include to manage private practice clinic duties at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women and provide OR, Labor and Delivery, and/or On Call coverage and be part of the clinical activity at Harris Health Systems (HHS).

There will also be an expectation to participate in research projects as needed. All faculty are expected to participate in the education mission of the College.

Candidate must agree to discharge their duties and responsibilities faithfully, to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies and to devote to the performance of your duties and responsibilities the amount of time and effort for which you are employed by the College. Candidate will be allowed to spend up to one-fifth of your effort on activities outside BCM (consulting, scientific board service, etc.), but outside time commitments beyond this require prior approval of the Chair and Division Director.

Required: Current licensure to practice medicine from the Texas Board of Medical Examiners
