Position Summary:

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Badger Nurses Collaborating on Covid-19 Vaccination and Education Delivery Program (BN-CoVED) as directed by the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and others on the BN-CoVED work team. The individual in this position is expected to exercise strong administrative, problem-solving, and analytic ability. The individual must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to communicate professionally and independently through emails, written procedures, and reports. The individual must be able to work efficiently with electronic databases and scheduling software. A positive attitude and ability to work under time pressure will be helpful.

One year minimum of professional experience required, with administrative or grant project experience within a complex organization preferred.

Work Schedule:

Approx. 8:00 to 4:30 P.M. Days/Hours at 60% To Be Mutually Agreed Upon

This position may involve occasional weekend and evening work. Position may include remote and on campus work.

Appointment Type, Duration:

Terminal, 5 month appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding

Salary:

Minimum $16.05 HOURLY
