Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (3 posts) in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 503114), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with a strong background and experience in chemical synthesis, photophysical characterization and measurements, and functional materials. They should have proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and be self-motivated. The appointees are expected to work in interdisciplinary projects involving supramolecular and/or molecular functional materials for organic electronics and organic optoelectronics under the supervision of Professor Vivian W.W. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
