Coordinator, Executive Support


Job Purpose

Provides administrative support for executives at the Chair, Dean, or Vice President level and above. Manages the daily operations of the executive’s office. Drafts documents and prepares reports and presentations. Schedules meetings and manages calendars and events. Makes travel arrangements.

Job Duties
  • Assist with preparing accreditation documents for LCME, SACSCOC, etc.
  • Assist with monitoring and documentation in Ethicspoint for degree granting programs and trainees. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Ethicspoint (appeals and grievances).
  • Assists with the supervision of administrative team members.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
