Position Summary:

Performs administrative support duties in support of the UHS vaccination program. May serve as the primary contact person or customer service representative and subject matter expert for the UHS vaccination program. Provides administrative duties in support of unit program goals to providers, services or program by tracking, prioritizing, organizing and completing multiple ongoing clinical, research or academic projects in various stages of progress. Requires HIPAA/PPE knowledge or training.

Ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a medical office, insurance office, or similar fast-paced environment.
Must be able to visually distinguish colors
Independent decision making abilities are required.
Knowledge of medical terminology.

Work Schedule:

Primary hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, with possibility of early evening hours, depending on operational need. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week.

Terminal, 10 month appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding

Salary:

Minimum $17.00 HOURLY
