Opening Details
A full-time (40 hours per week), year-round position in the Dining Service Office is available. The initial work schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and may include working overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities
Working under the daily supervision of the Finance Manager, will perform various types of duties, such as front-line reception for the office, cash and check deposits, daily correspondence for the departments online email inquiries, label printing for production kitchen, GET app ordering system support, laundry support and equipment repair tracking, Lean Path program support, and audits for credit card sales and reporting. This position will also copy, file, sort and assist in various projects within the Dining Service Office as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior office experience demonstrating proficiency in data entry, organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Skill in using Microsoft excel is desirable. The ability to work under pressure, to respond quickly to numerous simultaneous requests and to meet deadlines is essential. The ability to handle confidential information and to work effectively with faculty and staff, both in person and on the telephone, is necessary.
