Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for the position of Part-time Online Recruitment Coordinator. Under the direction of Gannon's Chief Online Learning Officer, the part-time Online Recruitment Coordinator performs a variety of duties in the recruitment and establishment of institutional relationships that positively impact overall enrollment for Gannon's online degree programs, particularly near Gannon's Ruskin, FL campus. This position establishes and cultivates institutional relationships to showcase the benefits of relations between the University and the professional workplace for advancement in professions as well as increased online enrollments. This role assists with the processing of online graduate applications, responds to online prospect inquiries, evaluates graduate admissions applications, and collaborates with external places of employment and internal University roles to ensure seamless transition from application to online degree program start to enrollment. Collaborates with Gannon's admissions leadership and the Chief Online Learning Officer to create strategic matriculation efforts that support Gannon's admissions funnel for Gannon's online degree programs. Tracks progress and efficacy of outreach efforts with external places of employment in the University's customer relationship management platform (CRM). Finally, this role represents Gannon's online degree programs at relevant industry fairs, staff development functions, open houses, and professional association receptions. While this position can be remote, this specific responsibility potentially requires physical travel away from the office and from face-to-face interactions with Gannon colleagues. Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission. Requirements include a bachelor's degree. The successful candidate must be able to exercise considerable initiative, independent judgment, and have a valid driver's license. Strong computer skills required and a working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, databases, word processor, and the Internet required. Minimum requirements include proficiency in MS Office Suite products. One-to-years of experience in higher education, specifically in admissions is preferred including marketing, public relations, and college admissions.
