Purpose of Position
The Kentucky Campus Compact (KyCC) Office Manager will provide
organizational expertise and oversight for the general running of
the organization. KyCC is housed at NKU which serves as the fiscal
agent for KyCC. When fully staffed, there are 4 FT and 2 PT
permanent staff and 5 FT and 2 PT annual staff. The Office Manager
will be supervised by the executive director and will work closely
with all KyCC staff members.
Process and track all human resources and procurement paperwork
including documents such as PARs, new hire paperwork for staff and
AmeriCorps members, vendor forms, and personal services contracts.
Use NKU SAP systems to process these documents. Create in-house
records, using Salesforce software when applicable.
Process invoices and payments and track through the use of SAP,
including invoices such as VISTA participation fees, KyCC
membership dues, contractors and general vendors. Pay AmeriCorps
VISTA payments and monitor AmeriCorps payment records. Meet
regularly with the Accountant to discuss expenditures.
Provide oversight of KyCC Standard Operating Procedures, making
sure all SOPs are documented and reviewed and updated annually.
Organize and staff the hiring process of any new staff
Manage physical space, equipment and supplies for KyCC staff
including ordering, tracking and replacing items. Order and make
arrangement for the delivery of Gear and supplies for AmeriCorps
Build collaborative relationships with NKU offices such as Human
Resources and Procurement; the AmeriCorps VISTA unit, and with
Campus Compact Independent Affiliates Office Manager staff.
Provide leadership for other office management projects or
initiatives at KyCC and perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in KyCC staff meetings and trainings.
Minimum of associate’s degree
Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office suite especially
Excel, Google drive platform, and the ability to quickly learn new
Salesforce experience preferred.
