Standard office administration during the Academic year.
During the summer assists in the coordination in 4-10 short films on 35mm.
Required Qualifications
BA or BFA with related degree.
Professional on-set experience, preferably in the area of production. Must have worked on major motion picture film and television sets.
Prior experience in academia as it relates to paperwork and protocols.
Prior experience in admin work.
Comfortable with complex paperwork. Deep knowledge of budgeting and scheduling of films.
Advanced skills in Movie Magic Budgeting & Scheduling.
Must have worked on 35mm film.
Familiarity with film making equipment, including but not limited to Camera, Sound, Grip, Electric etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable driving large vehicles.
