TheOffice of the Registrarat St. Catherine University
invites applications for aCustomer Service
Coordinatorposition. This is a regular, full-time position
working 30 hours per week that are set, Monday – Friday, 9:00am –
12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
The Office of the Registrar serves students, faculty, staff and
alumnae and outside agencies through record keeping, registration,
and academic support. TheCustomer Service
Coordinatorprovides timely and consistent support to each area
of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist all constituencies in an efficient, professional, calm
and courteous manner
- Ensure that all constituencies receive excellent, accurate, and
prompt service at all times, especially during peak times in a
fast-paced environment
- Help constituents locate information on My St. Kate’s audience
web pages, the Office of the Registrar web page, and the
University’s website.
- Answer questions relating to registration, grading, and
academic policies and procedures.
- Answer all phone calls to front desk and respond to messages in
a timely manner, as well as respond to Registrar email in a timely
manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all academic policies as well
as how they differ for different student groups.
- Communicate respectfully and build relationships of trust with
people of all cultures and abilities, affirming the worth and
preserving the dignity of individuals, families, and
communities.
- Process registration changes

Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of full-time customer service experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Higher education experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Banner
