Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 502925), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in virology or related disciplines, preferably with experience in virological surveillance, APMV research, next generation sequencing and microbial evolution analysis. They should have solid knowledge of virology or molecular biology, and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. They should be logical, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of a programming language (preferably R) would be an advantage. The appointee will examine the effect of APMV on tumors and transcriptomic response.
