Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for the full-time, exempt, staff position of Executive Director for Accelerated Online Degree Completion Program. This position reports to the Senior Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Alliances and is located in River Forest, IL.

Responsibilities/Duties: 

The Executive Director for Accelerated Online Degree Completion reports to the Sr. Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Alliances and provides unit leadership for the university's undergraduate accelerated online degree completion program which serves primarily working adult students. This individual puts in place short and long term initiatives to achieve desired enrollment growth for the accelerated online degree program, builds pathways for future enrollment pipelines and manages processes for admission, academic advising, registration and degree completion, including the staff who perform these functions.  This individual serves in key liaison capacity with an external OPM engaged by the university and develops and ensures appropriate processes and workflow that promote enrollment growth and degree completion. The Executive Director develops recruitment and marketing plans in collaboration with the Sr. Vice President, analyzes key KPIs, and collaborates with staff in Graduate Admission, University Marketing, Financial Aid and Registrar Offices. The Executive Director provides leadership for functionality of the CRM, and devises written and digital communications and oversees web content for the unit's web presence.

Skill Sets: 

  1. Enrollment planning experience preferably for adult populations and multiple in-take sessions; knowledge and implementation of technology applications is essential
  2. Strong communication skills both orally and written and evidence of developed marketing plans
  3. Demonstrated enrollment success and management and reporting for key metrics
  4. Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  5. Demonstrated supervisory/management skills, team-building abilities, and experience directing cross-institutional work teams

Minimum Experience Required:

A minimum of 3-5 years previous enrollment, advising, analytics, or sales lead experience required preferably with an adult population. Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office, Access, and enterprise student data system(s), including CRM. 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in communications, analytics or field applicable to position responsibilities.  

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting range is dependent upon individual qualifications and experience. Concordia health, disability and retirement plan enrollment is available to full-time employees and their eligible dependents. Tuition benefits are also available for employees and their qualified dependents.
