Part-time Assistant Lecturer (holding the title of Educational Psychologist) in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 503025) (to commence on September 1, 2021 for up to twenty-three months)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology (Professional Practice) from a local university, or equivalent, preferably with relevant post-qualification experience as Educational Psychologist. They should also have high proficiency in English and Chinese.
The appointee will work on a project on the development of a comprehensive assessment system for identifying and supporting children with mathematics learning difficulties. Duties will include conducting psycho-educational assessment for children who are at risk of having learning difficulties, providing consultation and support services to schools, developing mobile learning applications for children with mathematical learning difficulties, as well as other duties related to the project.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
