Job Summary

The Lifetime Floor Instructor oversees the running of the Lifetime Fitness Center which includes but is not limited to instructing patrons (Students/Employees/Dependents) in proper use of equipment, teaching appropriate workout exercises and routines to individuals, keeping track of all patrons in the center, administering first aid and any special requests for testing by patrons, when needed and working with the lifetime fitness monitor to make sure the center is run efficiently. Also, instructors must monitor and enforce all COVID guidelines in the Lifetime Fitness Center, including but not limited to, temperature checks, proper mask wearing, and cleaning.

Required Qualifications

-Current First Aid and CPR certification
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent
-Ability to perform physical tasks when needed
-Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

-Master's degree or equivalent
-Excellent phone and communication skills
