Assistantposition. This is a regular, full time position
working 40 hours weekly.
Our IT department drives systemic change! We partner with leaders
to identify and implement solutions to technology and system

TheAdministrative Assistantposition supports theCIOand the department. Join us to represent the great

Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative for the IT department, answering phones
and emails, communicating respectfully with people of all cultures
and abilities.
- Manage an executive calendar, making logistical arrangements
for meetings as appropriate
- Plan and coordinate large, project team meetings and IT staff
events including presentations and presentation
materials
- Collaborate with other executive level assistants to coordinate
senior leadership team meetings, agendas and events
- Triage incoming calls and emails, elevating issues as
appropriate
- Create and publish periodic newsletters to faculty, staff and
students highlighting articles on new technology releases, training
materials, etc.
- Facilitate the timely completion of all contract and purchase
materials in support of the 400+ contracts/licenses managed by
IT
- Support respectful and positive relationships with vendors
through coordination of meetings and timely escalation of any
issues.
- Create and track project plans for smaller department goals,
delivering status updates in team meetings
- Coordinate security incident management procedures including logging and tracking resolution.

Minimum QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
- Two years of administrative experience supporting a senior
level leader, including calendar management
- One year of customer service experience, including resolution
of complaints
- Experience scheduling meetings with a number of attendees with
complex calendars
- Experience managing an independent project through to
completion
- High level of proficiency in excel
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating and publishing a newsletter
- Experience supporting or collaborating with an IT
department
- Experience using the formatting tool,HTML
