Position Description

The Division of Dermatology, Department of Pediatrics, at the University of Washington is recruiting a full time Assistant Professor without tenure (commensurate with experience and qualifications) on the clinician-scholar track.

This position would be multi-year appointments over a 12-month service period. Responsibilities will include providing in-patient and outpatient consulting practice, as well as clinical, translational and basic science research opportunities.

This position provides an opportunity to work at the Clinical & Translational Research Center (CTR) at Seattle Children's Research Institute.

All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service. Anticipated start date is Fall 2021.

Qualifications 

Interested applicants must be a board certified or eligible in Pediatric Dermatology. An MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) is required.

In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S.) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE), or foreign equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
