Kaskaskia College is seeking applicants for a Title III Grant Director who is responsible for all aspects of administering and overseeing the Title III Strengthening Institutions grant project. This includes supervision and monitoring of all Title III activities, projects and program staff. The grant is focused on instructional design and integrating new technologies to maximize the online/hybrid student experience.


This position requires a Master’s Degree in Education or a related field and a minimum of three years of administrative leadership experience. Other qualifications include but are not limited to: understanding of course redesign for online/hybrid delivery; knowledge of trends and emerging technology to meet evolving needs of online/hybrid instruction; personnel and budget management experience; familiarity with Title III grant management and compliance issues; knowledge of enhancing success of at-risk students; experience in project management and evaluation; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills; proficiency in organizing and planning; ability to work independently or as part of a team; and a demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the community college mission and philosophy.


This is a full-time, grant-funded position. This position’s starting annual salary is $65,000 and is benefit eligible. This is a five-year, grant-funded position underwritten by federal Title III funds. Position is expected to end with the expiration of the grant on or about September 30, 2025.
