SEI Program Manager - (STA006818)

Manages the day-to-day operations of a small or medium-sized university program or department, providing programmatic and curricular guidance to students. May supervise staff employees, student workers, programs or processes.

1. Interacts with faculty, staff, students, and external organizations to promote the goals and objectives of an academic program.
2. Advises enrolled and prospective students regarding academic programs and curricula.
3. Conducts formal training and instruction in behavioral lab settings for undergraduate students.
4. Provides guidance to undergraduate students in the completion of their academic program benchmarks.
5. May assist in conducting orientation sessions for groups of incoming new students.
6. Plans and develops procedures for administering a small or medium-sized department or program.
7. Develops, implements and maintains appropriate policies and procedures.
8. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
