Responsibilities:
The Articulation Specialist is a full-time, 12-month position. The position is responsible for supporting the Registrar's office to build partnerships and collaborations by developing, implementing, and maintaining articulation agreements and guides. The position will act as a liaison with Admissions, Deans, Program Directors, and other departments to research transfer articulation requirements and ensure appropriateness and accuracy of credit evaluations. The position will also assist in preparing for and assist during commencement, and assist with degree audits, course substitutions, and degree modifications. This position will also be cross-trained to assist as needed and as the backup for other office duties including but not limited to transcript processing, enrollment verification, and assisting with curriculum checksheet updates. The Articulation Specialist will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Registrar or Assistant Registrar.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel), and Banner. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. Collaborative and collegial attitude. Excellent customer service skills.

Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel).

Registrar’s office (student records) experience, student data experience. Experience working with Banner.


Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.
