Position Summary
The Coordinator of Client Relationship Management position is responsible for maintaining business & industry relationships that have derived from corporate strategy, engagement, partnerships, and training opportunities. They will manage the multitude of relationship experiences to help ensure quality service delivery and execution of training opportunities, as well as to guide quality oversight of a “customer satisfaction” experience. This person will report to the Project Leader of Client Relationship Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Build and/or maintain relationships with targeted business & industry partners
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
  • Advise clients on creating profitable and/or business solutions to meet their needs.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied and pleased with our service delivery and outcomes.
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Help the business development team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
  • Study competition and Labor Market Intelligence data to find new ways to attract and/or retain customers
  • Frequently use Labor Market Intelligence data to drive decisions that benefit the company, the Ascend Institute, and the Dallas College division of Workforce & Advancement.
  • Set or assist in setting sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Ascend, Work Ready U, Solutions Development) to address customers’ needs

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

  • Associate Degree with at least (3) years of experience working in the fields such as customer service, account sales, client relations, etc.
