The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a pediatric hematologist-oncologist at the Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level to pursue a non-tenure track career in the Division of Pediatric Hematology & Oncology. This position will serve as the Director of our pediatric bone marrow transplant and cellular therapies program; will provide clinical services to patients seen in the Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology clinics and Shands Teaching Hospitals, as well as teaching Pediatrics residents and medical students.

The ideal candidate will be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics Hematology & Oncology and completed a three-year Pediatrics Hematology & Oncology fellowship program and one-year Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) fellowship. We are particularly interested in candidates with research interest in cellular therapy, gene therapy or immunotherapy. University of Florida has active and dynamic research programs in cancer immunotherapy and gene therapy along and with strong institutional support for translational research.

Minimum: Applicants must have a M.D. degree or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida.

Preferred: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology and completed a 3-year Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology fellowship program and one-year BMT/Cellular therapy fellowship.
