The Department of Chemistry at Le Moyne College seeks a one-year, full-time visiting faculty member in chemistry for the 2021-22 academic year (beginning August 2021) with a possible one-year renewal. Teaching responsibilities in 2021-22 would likely include introductory chemistry lecture and lab, inorganic chemistry lecture, and inorganic/materials laboratory. The teaching load is 9 contact hours one semester and 12 contact hours the other. A Ph.D. in chemistry from an accredited university/college is required (ABD considered but doctorate is required by the start date); undergraduate teaching experience and expertise in inorganic chemistry are preferred.
