Under the supervision of the Director of Applications, the ERP Programmer Analyst Administrator (Professional Services Specialist III, Computer Services) is responsible for performing system maintenance and on-going support for software applications within the University's technological landscape. This includes performing analysis, diagnostics, development, testing and documentation of the Enterprise Resource Planning software (Ellucian Colleague) and other software applications requested for implementation or currently in use throughout the University. This position is also responsible for assisting in supporting and maintaining application environments and their performance, availability, capacity and security for the University, Departments and end-users; and performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in one or more of the following areas: data processing, installation and maintenance of application programs, technical support and/or design and preparation of programs.  Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; knowledge of higher education software packages such as Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian CRM Advise and Recruit; and knowledge of Workday HCM.  Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience on a year for year basis.  A Master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a four (4) month Working Test Period to become eligible for a regular appointment.
