About the Opportunity:
The COVID Testing Site Supervisor will manage the daily operations for the testing site, including staffing, scheduling, interfacing with participants, and the preparation of specimens for transport to lab for analysis. The role of the Site Supervisor is primarily to ensure an excellent customer service experience for each of our participants. This requires vigilant protocol and policy adherence by every member of the testing center team. Site Supervisors have the responsibility to ensure all participants have a consistent experience. They will enforce uniform guidelines in order to maintain a professional appearance, train and reinforce exceptional customer service, and ensure the testing center staff is modeling safe behavior by following set protocols, proper mask wearing and other PPE if needed, hand sanitization and maintaining a healthy distance.
The ability to be on your feet actively engaging with staff and participants for long periods is essential.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted, Massachusetts Registered Nursing (RN)
license beneficial
- Experience in human sample collections
- Experience in daily management / oversight of diagnostics or
specimen collection site
- Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making
capabilities
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of management experience
required
- Effective, demonstrated communication skills in listening,
addressing concerns or issues, and following through in providing
leadership under high stress circumstances
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
professionalism
- Ability to communicate with staff and participants in a
friendly, professional and respectful manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with “rolling up sleeves” and filling in on
occasion
