Denison University invites applications for a Director of Marketing and Brand Engagement. This individual will establish the Launch Lab within the Columbus public and private sector communities as a valued partner and talent pipeline, in partnership with the Executive Director and the Director of Programs at the Launch Lab, to position Denison as the leading college in the nation for career exploration, preparation and launch to prospective students and their families. Build relationships with Columbus public and private sector organizations and establish mutually beneficial, brand accretive partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, and experience leading both traditional and digital marketing communications development, from ideation to execution. Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity. Must have initiative and will be accountable for identifying and addressing needs from within and outside their direct scope of responsibility.
