AIR is interested in recruiting candidates to serve as bias and sensitivity reviewers for social science exam content. Reviewers will be required to have a PhD in either sociology or social psychology, preferably with expertise in an area of focus and/or related experience that would support the identification of potential sources of bias and sensitivity issues related to ethnicity, religion, culture, socio-economic status, geographic region, and/or gender. In addition, candidates will be required to have teaching experience in these content areas with undergraduate populations. Experience with diversity & inclusion initiatives is preferred. This is a contract/consultant position. Selected reviewers will be compensated per assignment completed.
