Position Summary

The Institute for Leadership Advancement in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time non-tenure-track faculty position at the lecturer level, beginning Fall 2021.

The teaching load is six courses per academic year with administrative duties. Administrative duties include identifying, vetting, and leading the service-learning projects for the ILA Leonard Leadership Scholars program, developing content for the ILA professional development symposium, and proactive involvement with curriculum refinement, mentoring ILA students and supporting other ILA activities.

The position is subject to annual renewal based on performance, and promotion to Senior Lecturer is possible after six years of service. Candidates must have completed their PhD in Management, Psychology, or another related discipline by the time of the appointment.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and demonstrated potential for excellent teaching; research is not a consideration.
