Position Summary
This position will conduct research connected to the host-pathogen interaction of the bacterium Bordetella and the animal host, including cloning and expressing various genes and purifying gene products for in vitro and in vivo experimentation. Collaborative work with others will include experiments in the lab and mentorship of graduate and undergraduate students. As with other lab members, the goal is for each to contribute to and author multiple published papers each year.
