The Disability Resource Center at University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking an Assistant Director for Assistive Technology. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to serving a growing population of students seeking services and educational access by enrolling with the DRC. Candidates should have experience in working with students with disabilities and assessing the needs of qualified disabled students on the use of adaptive technology. The candidate will also be responsible for training students on the use of assistive technology so they can fully engage and be included in all educational and campus programming. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for developing and facilitating in-service trainings for faculty, staff and administration in the use of adaptive/assistive technology.
