Position Summary

The Department of Computer Science at the University of Georgia invites applications for two full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer positions starting August 2021. The responsibilities of each position include teaching foundational courses in the undergraduate major.

Computer Science is a growing and congenial department of 33 faculty within the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. The department has more than 1,150 undergraduate students, more than 170 graduate students, and offers the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science, as well as a B.S. degree in Data Science and an M.S. degree in Cybersecurity and Privacy.

Additional Requirements

Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Scholarly credentials should reflect a strong commitment to teaching computer science courses at the undergraduate level.
