Job Summary

The Integrated Marketing Manager will oversee workloads of designers and digital team members by setting expectations that ensure tasks are completed and meet project objectives and marketing goals. They will participate in building, maintaining and evaluating the College's website for quality, performance and brand integrity as a marketing tool as well as a student resource.

Collaboration, consistency and constructive problem solving are keys to success. Collaboration will be used to refine, update and optimize the website using proven data. Consistent marketing will exist across a variety of print and digital tactics. Constructive problem solving will be necessary to prioritize and execute multiple marketing and communications requests with varying levels of urgency. The Integrated Marketing Manager ensures the synergy between the brand positioning, values and tone to achieve the proper outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of five years’ job-related experience working with digital marketing executions
• Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience related to digital marketing or website development.
• Ability to manage other people within a team structure.
• Ability to lead, manage and participate with a team that is working on multiple simultaneous projects and tasks; ability to ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a positive outlook.
• Resilient, flexible, compassionate attitude.
• Demonstrates a passion for technology and creativity.
• Proven ability to interpret feedback and data from a variety of sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
• Driven by curiosity and a pursuit of excellence.
• Collaborates well and works effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 tags, embed codes and iframes.
• Understanding of current digital marketing best practices and principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SiteImprove, DubBot, ActOn, YouVisit, Google Data Studio, Funnelback and Cascade (content management system).
• Understanding of and experience with implementing and improving SEO.
• Familiarity with CSS, Javascript and Regular Expressions.
• Familiarity WCAG 2.1 digital accessibility standards.

• Work in higher education or related nonprofit
