Job Summary

The administrative assistant will assist with project management and support the ASK-BIO network director and steering committee to fulfill the aims of the ASK BIO network. The network seeks to provide professional development to faculty across the country on developing effective classroom assessments.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/Equivalent
• 1+ to 2 years related experience
• Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• General computer knowledge and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the weekdays and evenings, including some weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Three to five years working in a post-secondary environment
• One-year post-secondary education
• Knowledge of Banner software
