Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Music (Music Education)

The Jacobs School of Music seeks candidates for a tenured or tenure-track position in music education. Responsibilities: Teach music education courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervise theses and dissertations, supervise student teaching in area of specialty. Participate on departmental committees and in other departmental activities, as well as service on School of Music committees.

Qualifications: Doctorate in Music Education or related field required by start date; established credentials in teaching; successful public school teaching required and college teaching experience preferred; demonstrated leadership in music education; active program of research and publication; active clinician.

Salary and Rank: Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
