Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator

The Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator position in the College of Business Undergraduate Programs Department is responsible for recruiting first year and transfer undergraduate students with an emphasis on students of color, women, first generation, GLBTQ and other underrepresented groups. This position recruits specifically for the following majors/concentrations: Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Financial Planning, Human Resource Management, International Business, Organization and Innovation Management, Marketing, Real Estate, and Supply Chain Management. Supervises the Rock SOLID Steward program, the College of Business Ambassador Program. Coordinates a number of College of Business specific recruiting programs such as Women in Business, and Rock STEADY (Diversity Recruiting Program). Responsible for developing and facilitating COB recruiting programming on campus and in the greater community. Represent the COB at recruiting events, College fairs, CSU visit days, and other recruiting related programming. This position also provides advisory services for Undergraduate Business Majors (approximately 50-100 students) at Colorado State University, including concentrations in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Financial Planning, Human Resource Management, Organization and Innovation Management, Marketing, Real Estate, and Supply Chain Management.

This position is a full-time 12-month position with a 3 year term, renewable contingent upon available funding, continued business needs, and satisfactory performance in the role.
