Non-Credit Instructor
Evenings beginning at 4:30 p.m. and occasional Saturdays
Non-credit Chef Assistant/Sous Chef needed to prepare ingredients for demonstration and hands-on non-credit cooking courses. The chef assistant actively assists the chef instructor with cooking as required and serves prepared food during class.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of proper storage and organization of food is required.
Ability to clean during and after classes ensuring kitchen is clean before leaving is required.
Excellent communication skills and subject matter expertise resulting from formal education and/or on-the-job experiences are preferred.
