Guest Chef for Today's Table Non-Credit Instr
Evenings and occasional Saturdays
Non-credit experienced chef instructor needed to lead recreational demonstration and hands-on cooking classes. Duties also include providing support to chef assistant as required with food preparation.
Ability to conduct cooking classes in varied cuisines, culinary techniques and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students and staff is required.
Ability to create elevated and interactive experiences for students is required.
Experience teaching adults, and subject matter expertise resulting from formal education and/or on-the-job experience is preferred. Knowledge of adult education theory and practice is also preferred.
