Position: Mid-Plains Community College is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our Area Director of Student Conduct and NPCC Residence Life. Job duties include: coordinate area student conduct and monitor student adjudication process, supervise NPCC Resident Life, manage area student conduct administration and reporting, design and manage student conduct training program, serve as a member of the Concern and Incident Intervention Team (CIIT), and conduct and interpret department assessment and student learning outcomes

This is a 'live-in' position and is required to live in on-campus housing in North Platte.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and experience in Residence Life, Student Life, Student Affairs, Student Conduct or related fields. Student development and 'people skills' is a must, with some experience in diversity, personnel management, and team or community development. Applicants must also be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to pursue certification.
