Under the supervision of the Director of Applications, the ERP Programmer Analyst Integrations (Professional Services Specialist III, Computer Services) is responsible for establishing application configurations, programming integration and support of multiple institutional ERP/CRM systems (Ellucian Colleague, CRM Advise and CRM Recruit); supports the University's efforts to maintain and enhance the core enterprise functions in both efficiency and effectiveness by applying sound technological and business practice solutions; and provides established expertise and oversight and can explain and demonstrate functionality of the University's Enterprise Systems to Departments and users.  This position documents, analyzes, designs and/or maintains and tests system software to meet the needs of the enterprise; and performs related duties as required. This employee is the technical expert for the IT systems used to support business processes for one or more functional units within the University. 

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in one or more of the following areas: data processing, installation and maintenance of application programs, technical support and/or design and preparation of programs.  Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and Ellucian Colleague Studio.  Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience on a year for year basis.  A Master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a four (4) month Working Test Period to become eligible for a regular appointment.
