Position Summary:
As a member of Eastern Kentucky University's Office of e-Campus Learning, the Assistant Online Coordinator is responsible for providing services to faculty and students enrolled in the University's online degree programs, to ensure student enrollment, retention and the effective administration of online degree programs. These services include coordinating the admissions, transfer, and advising processes for online students and providing administrative support to e-Campus programs.


Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, social sciences, education, communications, marketing or related field.


Minimum Experience:
Three years of related experience with emphasis on demonstrated competence in customer service and people skills.


Minimum Licensure and Certification:


Qualification Equivalencies:
Education can substitute for experience but experience cannot substitute for education.


Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree is preferred.
