The Department of Biology at St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa, invites applications for a full-time, one-year, renewable, visiting assistant professor position, beginning August 2021. Primary teaching responsibilities include undergraduate courses in Introductory Biology for non-majors, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and a General Education Biology course based on individual expertise. Minimum qualifications include the successful completion of an MS in Biology or related field. Priority will be given to applicants showing evidence of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level, as well as a willingness to teach in multiple delivery formats. Review of applications will begin February 15, 2021 and continue until the position is filled.
