The Sign Language Interpreter II is responsible for providing accommodations to students who are deaf or hard of hearing in campus courses/events.

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and five (5) years of experience in the field, of which one (1) year is exclusively interpreting for deaf adults; or an Associate's Degree and nine (9) years of experience , of which one (1) year is exclusively interpreting for deaf adults
• Screening levels in the Florida Quality Assurance Level II (QA II); Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) 3.5 or above; or Educational Interpreter Evaluation (EIE) II or above
• Trained in C-Print or be trained within 6 months of hire
