Job Summary:
The part-time entry site monitor contributes to the health and safety of the college community during the COVID pandemic. S/he is responsible for checking in all employees, students, and visitors to designated entrances on college properties during the COVID pandemic. Monitors will greet employees, students, and visitors and guide them through the check-in and health-screening process.

Normally scheduled Monday through Friday up to 19.5 hours weekly. Shifts Available:
7:30AM – 12PM
OR
12PM – 4:30PM

Job Summary:
The part-time entry site monitor contributes to the health and safety of the college community during the COVID pandemic. S/he is responsible for checking in all employees, students, and visitors to designated entrances on college properties during the COVID pandemic. Monitors will greet employees, students, and visitors and guide them through the check-in and health-screening process.
Essential Functions:
- Staff campus and district entry points to screen employees, students and other visitors to the College to ensure the safety of the College community.
- Assist with contact tracing efforts by ensuring all employees and students are scanned in, and that all visitors sign in.
- Conduct a health-screening review with all employees, students and visitors coming to campus.
- Take employee, student and visitors temperatures using automated kiosks or handheld devices.
- Ensure appropriate social distancing and PPE protocol at entry points and on college property.
- Troubleshoot technology (i.e. laptop, id scanner, and temperature kiosk).
- Answer questions related to college/campus wayfinding.

- Report incidents of health and safety violations to supervising administrator.
- Perform other duties as assigned
