Lecturer of Accounting
School of Accountancy
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer of Accounting position beginning August 2021. The School of Accountancy strongly encourages applications from diverse candidates.
Responsibilities include teaching accounting courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in the School of Accountancy, primarily teaching focused. Quality service and other intellectual contribution components exist.
An earned master’s degree, juris doctorate or higher in accounting or tax from an AACSB accredited institution, or its foreiqn equivalent, is required. A current professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA) together with relevant business experience is required.
Evidence of effective teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level in a traditional and/or online environment is required.
The ideal candidate will also be qualified to teach undergraduate/graduate Business Law.
