To become more efficient and effective, the University is transforming from a decentralized procurement model to a Center-led P2P model for the four campuses and Central Administration office.  The AVP-CPO will have direct responsibility for University-wide procurement strategy and category management; contract administration; procurement operations; supplier management; and a unified payments area.
