Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law to teach courses related to Business Law in a traditional classroom setting and/or online beginning in August 2021. The School of Accountancy strongly encourages applications from diverse candidates.


Responsibilities include teaching business law courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in the School of Accountancy, primarily teaching focused. Quality service and other intellectual contribution components exist.


Juris Doctorate or its foreign equivalent is required. Applicant must be a member in good standing with a State Bar Association. Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate level is required.


The ideal candidate:


  • Will be qualified to teach tax.
  • Can present evidence of or capacity to produce Business Law publication in peer- reviewed outlets or equivalent creative activity.
