About the Opportunity:
The Student Loan Representative will support Student Financial Services as a member of the Student Accounts Office, by responding to the needs of our current and prospective undergraduate and graduate students, parents, and others through in-person, telephone, and email contact. This individual provides guidance and counseling to borrowers on the various loan programs available, repayment terms, as well as forbearance, deferment, cancellation and consolidation options when applicable.

Responsibilities:
The individual in this position is the liaison with the Registrar's Office and works collaboratively with this office to ensure addresses any other problems that arise that impact a student's ability continue their academic program.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred with three to five years of experience in finance/customer service. Must have strong commitment to customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Astute individual who is able to assess a circumstance and provide guidance on the best course of action. Knowledge of Title IV rules and regulations governing loan programs preferred.
