CAPS is offering a full-time faculty position for a Clinical/Counseling Staff Psychologist. Requirements include a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited institution, the completion of an APA (or equivalent) internship, licensure in the state of Georgia by start date, and at least two years’ experience in the evaluation and treatment of individuals whose age and psychological development are similar to those of our population [i.e., late adolescence (17 years of age) through middle age (50 years of age)].

 

CAPS strives to be a diverse and inclusive center that supports our whole student body. Preference will be given to strong Generalists who have the ability to manage an active caseload, provide supervision to trainees (3+ years licensure in GA), are committed to working with diverse populations and to multicultural competence, hold an interest in collaborating within the Health Center and larger campus community, and have the ability to ability to provide clinical services in a language other than English (Standard Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish preferred).
